Quarterly Breakfast 8am on 16th March: High Value Manufacturing Catapult

The High Value Manufacturing Catapult is the catalyst for the future growth and success of advanced manufacturing in the UK. Its seven technology and innovation centres include two in the West Midlands – Warwick Manufacturing Group and The Manufacturing Technology Centre – and they work with businesses to bridge the gap between technology innovation and commercialisation. The seven centres offer businesses access to leading edge equipment, expertise, and collaboration.

We will hear from Dick Elsy, Chief Executive, High Value Manufacturing Catapult, about the work of the HVM Catapult Centres, the opportunities and challenges for UK advanced manufacturing, and the new National Battery Manufacturing Development Facility, where WMG is a key partner.

Following Dick’s talk, we will have a Q&A session and a tour of the Energy Innovation Centre.
